Subscription Policy

Subscription Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All Services of: United Cloud Partners Services, LLC, (“UCPS”), (including the technology components and services provided to UCPS by; SecureCloud Services Corp. LLC (“SCSC”) and/or Collaborationstudios.com , LLC, (“CS”), are provided to the subscribing clients on a term subscription basis. As such all cancellations and terminations are subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use / Subscription agreements which have been signed by the service subscription client at the time of ordering the services.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order that you have placed with UCPS or SCSC, you must contact customer support
by email (customercare@ucloudps.com) or by phone (888-942-6923).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as your unique network services have not yet been created and made live within our secure platform and that your cancellation request was made prior to your live access to the service(s) and prior to the services systems content being made available to you.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name,
(as it appears on your subscription agreement documentation), and your contact information.

Please note that if the subscription service item order you have placed has already been processed and the content has already been made live and available for your access, then the order cannot be canceled.

No Refunds

There will be no refunds made on purchased subscriptions for any reason. All subscriptions sold by UCPS/SCSC are sold in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement that you have signed. If you wish to terminate your use of the subscription you purchased prior to the expiration date of the subscription term, all such terminations are subject to the Termination Clause of the subscription agreement. By making a purchase with UCPS/SCSC, you are confirming that you have read and understand the subscription agreement and that you understand that we have a No Refunds policy.
