We have many kinds of partners in the cloud that we like to call “Providers.” For almost a decade now more and more companies have joined the cloud to provide their serves to you in the most uniform and process driven way. We don’t allow partners to come in for a simple B2B relationship introduction (we are not LinkedIn). They must go through our process and have a proven model for collecting needed data in order to provide their services through our network. Then we beta that process and try to improve it if possible. After we understand exactly what you will be asked to do, how long it will take them to provide their services and exactly what you will get, only then do we allow them to go live in our cloud community.
Many larger partners come to us with a solid process and security so we simply set up an API and go live! A few larger partners have had great processes but without the level of security we demand, so their process in our technology is a perfect partnership. Smaller providers often need help with process or security, or sometimes both. We do what it takes to make all providers easy for you to request service from and interact with securely!
