- From there, you simply pick up your smart phone, open the app, and authenticate that it is you.
- Then, our private cloud reaches through your phone's camera lens and you take pictures of any tax return at a client's home, at a client's business or in your office.
- Those pictures are not stored on your phone. That wouldn't be secure. They are encrypted and passed through the camera lens to a private cloud image center, where they're accumulated and securely stored as one document.
- Then, a team of tax planning experts will review the return and give you tax planning recommendations. We have several different feedback formats that you can request.
Tax Advice Options
- The advice can be in written form.
- It can be an mp3 audio file.
- It can even be a CPA prepared pro-forma tax return, showing how the advice will affect the taxpayer’s outcomes. That way you have a “before and after” set of draft tax returns to better illustrate the advice you're giving.
Whichever options you choose, this information will come right back to your phone!
WHAT IF I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE ADVICE?
